Thermaltronics Soldering equipment offers improved heating capacity and the absence of difficult to predict “over-shoot”. Dwell times on the solder joints can be dramatically reduced in order to reduce thermal shock, all while avoiding ‘sticking’ and maintaining good solder flow
The grip diameter and tip-to-grip length are comically small compared to any iron, without over-heating issues. The cartridge style tips are also slender and exclude bulbous protrusion close to the tip. Placement and monitoring of joints is made much easier, making the iron a pleasure to work with and a “must have” for anyone whom regularly picks up a soldering iron.

Description

The TMT-1000S is based on Curie Heat Technology which responds to the thermal demands of each solder joint by automatically adjusting the power output instantaneously, providing instant power regulation to prevent overheating or underheating of components during soldering.

Rapid RF induction heating with no temperature overshoot.
Precise temperature control within a range of ±1.1°C (±2°F).
No calibration or operator training required.
